getting tired of being the center of attention and

having to be responsible for the outcome;

Is frustrated participants don’t take more responsibility; sensing there might be a better way; not enjoying “the usual.” 


Participants are…

itching to be more creative,;

tired of one person being the center of attention;

yearning to be equal partners.


Both leader and participants are…

 finding the meetings flat and “lacking dimension.” Blame abounds.
